Return & Refund Policy
All sales at Double Apple Smoke Shop are final. Because we sell consumable, personal-use products such as vapes, e-liquids, THC-A, hemp, CBD, and tobacco, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened, used, or activated products for health, safety, and legal reasons.
Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims are replaced with the same product or issued store credit at our discretion. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unopened items: Factory-sealed, unused items may qualify for store credit if reported within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.
Non-returnable: Clearance items, sale items, and any consumable that has been opened or removed from its sealed packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet these conditions. This policy does not affect rights you may have under applicable law.
