Shipping Policy

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

 

Age verification on delivery: All shipments require an adult signature (21+). A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at delivery. Packages that cannot be verified will be returned, and we may charge return shipping.

 

Restrictions: We only ship where the products we sell are legal. You are responsible for confirming that your order is legal to receive at your address. Orders to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded, less any fees.

 

Lost or delayed packages: Once an order leaves our facility, carrier delays are outside our control. For lost shipments, contact us and we will help open a carrier claim, but we cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-caused losses.
